Please do not send a product back before you have our return instructions.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Consumers: you changed your mind (14 days)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Use the &#8220;Cancel purchase&#8221; button in My account \u203a Orders, the link in your order confirmation, an e-mail to sales@texus.fi or the model withdrawal form in our <a href=\"\/fi\/general-terms-and-conditions\/\">Terms of Sale<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Send the product back within 14 days of cancelling, following the return instructions we send you. You pay the return shipping. For heavy or pallet goods this cost is at most about \u20ac190 in Finland and \u20ac490 in Sweden, VAT included.<\/li>\n<li>We refund the price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of your cancellation. We may wait until the product has arrived back or you have shown that you sent it. If you cancel only some products of an order, we refund the delivery cost you paid for the shipments that are no longer sent.<\/li>\n<li>If the product&#8217;s value has fallen because you handled it more than needed to check it, we may deduct the loss in value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Something is wrong with your product<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact us within a reasonable time after you notice the problem; within two months is always in time. Tell us the order number and what is wrong, with photos if possible.<\/li>\n<li>We cover the return shipping and offer repair, replacement or, if that is not possible, a price reduction or refund.<\/li>\n<li>Consumers&#8217; statutory rights are not limited. In Finland a defect that appears within one year of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery; in Sweden two years, and you can complain for three years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Transport damage<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Check the parcel on delivery. Report visible damage to the carrier and to us at once, and at the latest within 7 days. Photos of the parcel and the product help us handle the claim quickly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Businesses<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>There is no right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n<li>Report defects within 8 days of delivery; defects that could not be found on inspection within 8 days of finding them, and no later than 6 months after delivery.<\/li>\n<li>We may accept goodwill returns of unused New and New surplus products if agreed in advance, within 14 days of delivery.
