How it works

From shelf to sale in four steps.

  1. 1

    Register your company

Create a seller account with your Business ID. We confirm your account before your first listing goes live.

  2. 2

    Bring your stock

A single part or the whole inventory. AI fills in missing details and marks them until you confirm.

  3. 3

    Set price and quantity

You decide what to sell, how many and at what price. Texus reviews the listing and publishes it.

  4. 4

    Ship and get paid

When an order comes in, you ship it to the buyer. Payment follows the terms of the seller agreement.

Who does what

You sell the stock.
We handle the buyer.

Idle stock ties up capital and loses value on the shelf. Sold parts go back into production at another factory.

Questions sellers ask.

Something else on your mind? sales@texus.fi

Who can sell on Texus?

Companies with a Business ID or VAT number: factories, maintenance companies, distributors and resellers with surplus or idle stock.

What does it cost?

Listing is free. Texus takes a commission when a product sells. Other fees apply only if you cancel an order or a complaint about your product is accepted. The rates are in the seller agreement.

Do buyers see my company name?

No. Texus sells to the buyer and sends the invoice. Your company name is not shown on product pages, in the cart or on the order.

How do I ship an order?

You get an order notification with the delivery address and a neutral packing slip. You ship the product directly to the buyer.

When do I get paid?

Texus pays your sales automatically twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th, for orders delivered at least 14 days before. You do not need to request a payment.

Can private buyers return a part?

Yes. Private buyers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Texus handles the return with the buyer. Costs caused by a return or a faulty product are the seller's, as set out in the seller agreement.

Can I connect our ERP?

We are working on a direct connection to ERP systems and will bring it live as soon as possible. Until then you can upload an Excel or CSV file.
