Product conditions
Every product on Texus has one of these conditions. The product page also describes any defects, missing parts or missing packaging.
| Condition | What it means | Who can buy |
|---|---|---|
| New | New, unused product, normally in its original packaging. | Everyone |
| New surplus | Unused product from a company’s spare part stock. It may be older, and the original packaging may be opened, worn or missing. Such deviations are described on the product page. | Everyone |
| Used | Removed from use. Works as far as the seller knows, unless the product page says otherwise. Normal signs of use. | Businesses only |
| Refurbished | Used product that has been checked, repaired or cleaned. The product page tells what was done. | Businesses only |
