Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes:
    • Custom or special-order products
    • Items that have been installed or modified
    • Perishable goods (such as batteries with a limited shelf life)
    • Any items specifically noted as non-returnable in their product description
    • Gift cards

2. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: Aloita palautus: Palautuksen aloittamiseksi tarvitsemme kuitin tai ostotodistuksen. Ota yhteyttä asiakaspalveluumme osoitteeseen sales@texus.fi ja ilmoita tilausnumerosi sekä palautuksen syy. Saat palautuslupanumeron (RMA).
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 7 business days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

  • Korvaamme tuotteet vain, jos ne ovat viallisia tai vaurioituneet valmistusvirheen vuoksi. Jos haluat vaihtaa tuotteen samaan tuotteeseen, ota yhteyttä osoitteeseen sales@texus.fi.

5. Warranty Claims

  • Warranty Period: Monilla tuotteillamme on valmistajan takuu. Jos sinulla on takuuongelma, ota meihin yhteyttä osoitteessa sales@texus.fi. Voit pyytää meiltä apua.
  • Processing Warranty Claims: To process a warranty claim, you may need to provide proof of purchase and detailed information about the issue. The manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions will apply.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
